Founded in 2014, Kingdom has since packed over 150 Million bespoke FUSO pyramid tea bags for a wide variety of businesses both small and large. We spend time getting to know our clients, and their tea packing requirements, allowing us to create a bespoke product or a range of products for you to bring to market that are both time and cost effective.
For customers with established tea brands, we are able to offer a unique packing service without the need to tie up capital in high material costs as we can tag and pack tea bags to order!

From leaf to cup, we pack loose leaf tea into 100% biodegradable tea pyramids using our state-of-the-art FUSO FP-100s machines. Packing up to 100 tea bags per minute, these machines are both quality and accuracy driven to deliver you a product that is suitable for both wholesale and retail consumption, allowing your customers to enjoy the quality of loose-leaf tea in the convenience of a tea bag.

We also own the latest FUSO tagging machines. This enables us to take the raw biodegradable material, tag it with your own brand or white label and produce reels of material that are instantly used on our FUSO machine to form the finished article.

We source and specialise in breakfast tea blends and offer advice and tea-tasting opportunities to ensure you discover the full range of teas available to you.
We are one of the largest buyers of Organic Black Tea in the UK.

We do however recognise that you may already have a range of teas that you wish to use or potentially might be looking to match some of your current blends, either way, we’re happy to work with you throughout the product development process to produce your finished range of biodegradable FUSO tea bags.

We now have a 500kg Blending drum with a specialist spray bar to create the perfect Earl Grey Blends. We can also add flavour granules to your IMA blends.

In April 2024, we visited the best Matcha factory in Japan that we have a longstanding relationship with. We’ve since imported 2.4 tonnes of matcha—that’s a whole lot of green goodness! In fact, when you break it down, this equals 2 million cups of matcha lattes enjoyed by our customers, cafes, and partners all year long.

This is why we pack matcha in various pack sizes, ranging from 30-100g through to 1-7.5kg. Subject to MOQ’s, these packs can also be branded to meet your needs. ​​
MATCHA EQUIPMENT
We work with an exclusive partner who offers a range of Matcha equipment from matcha whisks (both bamboo or electric), matcha bowls, matcha spoons and matcha gift sets. All of which can be branded subject to MOQs.

Kingdom has one largest amount of SOLAR systems on a tea factory in the UK - we generate 4x more energy than we need and nearly all our employees travel to work in electric cars. All our teabags are made using SOLAR or renewable energy. We use rainwater harvesting to reduce our water usage also.
Recently we have installed a Mill-Sized Cardboard Baler and a dedicated Plastic Baler to reduce, reuse and recycle. In addition to this we have a zero-to-landfill policy.
